Mental Health Connect Consultation - Meet Therapist Karen
Karen Lill, MA, LPC, ATR, ACS, NCC, She/Her/Hers
Hi! I’m excited to get to know each client of the Ally Primary Care family and learn about the ways I can best support their mental health journey.
I enjoy connecting people to customized resources so that care is most likely affirming and accessible.
I provide exclusive one-hour Mental Health Connect Consultations for Ally Primary Care clients. The goal is to collaboratively develop a personalized mental health plan and connect individuals with appropriate mental health resources.
As part of the consultation, I will recommend therapists specializing in your areas of interest, within your price range, and in your geographical location. Additionally, I can suggest resources such as books and podcasts, group therapy, couples therapy, intensive programs, and other supportive services. Pricing is flexible on a sliding scale, with a pay-what-you-can basis ranging from $50 to $175.
Outside of my passion for therapy and mental health, I also enjoy creating art, attending conventions, hanging out with my cat and my partner, and laughing at memes on social media. Cat pictures and memes are available by request.
